"A Reflection of The World of Wine Today"
"A reflection of the world of wine today..."
Since the beginning (almost 9 years ago,) this has been our response when asked how we set up our retail inventory at Vino Carta.
For a variety of reasons, some global wine regions have been more elusive to represent on our shelves. South Africa for example. South African wine has a nearly 400 year old wine culture, but it is only in the post-apartheid landscape that its full potential is becoming realized. It's no coincidence that new supply chains are creating fresh opportunities for South African wines to shine on the global stage and on our shelves! We're stoked to offer a stellar new selection of South African wines. They include bottles from winemakers of diverse backgrounds and across the various regions.
This Spring and throughout 2025 we will feature South African wines more than we ever have. Needless to say, it's all very exciting for us, and we look forward to sharing more with you!
